When placing an order, you authorize ANLOSK to make a withdrawal from your account after the item has been shipped. Payment from Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay is accepted. Prices on the website are in DKK and include VAT.

Returns and refunds
ANLOSK has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying the shipping of the return.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All products sold come with a two-year warranty. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage cause by normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents.
When buying an item from ANLOSK you will have to provide information about your name, surname, address, phone number, email as well as credit/debit card information. This information is for internal use only. It will remain strictly confidential and will not be shared with third party members.
